About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of technical products and services to one of our core clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT programme delivery particularly within large FMCG or Food & Beverages companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP transformations to S/4HANA and a comprehensive understanding of complex landscapes involving multiple solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Scheduling: Align Project Managers to define project scope milestones and timelines for the delivery process.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of tasks to team members ensuring the project stays on track.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues at the account level.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with senior client stakeholders and internal stakeholders about the progress and health of the account.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor various projects under delivery adjusting as needed to keep the delivery on track. This includes creating and refining OKRs and KPIs.
- Guidance and Mentorship: Provide support and mentorship to team members ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
- Culture Building: Foster a culture of accountability innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within teams.
- Status Reporting: Create and deliver weekly monthly and quarterly status reports.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with Client Partners to identify and strategise growth opportunities in the accounts.
Qualifications:
- 16 years of experience in IT programme delivery for large FMCG or Food & Beverages companies.
- Extensive experience in largescale SAP transformations to S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in multiple solutions including Salesforce Success Factors SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI and SAP BTP.
- Experience in both Solution Delivery (Projects) and Service Delivery (Application Support).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience in Agile Delivery.
- Strong background in SAP Implementation or Integration (SAP PI/PO/CPI) with at least 4 years as a delivery manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior CxO level client stakeholders.
