Job Title: German Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite in Lisbon Portugal
Job Type: FullTime Permanent

Role Overview:

As a German Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing timely and effective support across various communication channels. Your goal will be to ensure each customer interaction is positive and meets the companys high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide toptier customer service in German through phone email and live chat.
  • Resolve customer queries concerns and technical issues effectively and promptly.
  • Offer detailed information regarding products services and accounts to customers.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and ensure followup as necessary to guarantee complete resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns and provide the best solutions.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services to assist customers with accurate and reliable information.
  • Meet key performance metrics such as response times resolution rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (native or nearnative) and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in contact centers or direct customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player capable of collaborating with various departments.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Lisbon Portugal.
