Responsibilities:
- The Business Analyst (BA) is a member of the Fidelity Health Customer Solutions Business Analyst Chapter which supports product development across multiple health care domains.
- The BA works on a multifunctional Agile scrum team (squad) collaborating with technology and business customers to develop and implement product and service features in health care applications from inception to delivery. This is a newly created squad tasked with building a new HIPAA compliant Salesforce instance which will integrate both participant details and vendor data to create a scalable support model and an improved experience for Fidelitys Reimbursement Account customers.
Skills:
- Bachelors degree required
- 58 years Business/Systems Analyst experience ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment with demonstrable ability to work across multiple multifunctional teams
- Experience interacting with internal or external customers to find opportunities for improvement within current systems eliciting new product requirements and gathering/incorporating feedback from those partners on proposed solutions
- Experience with building Salesforce solutions using standard configuration capabilities in Salesforce a plus
- Experience with product development that is subject to regulation and legal review and approval
- Foundational understanding of software architecture concepts and API development
- Solid understanding of health care and/or benefits administration and/or product development
- Shown expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques including data analysis use case development story writing user acceptance testing and product documentation
- Skilled in MS Word Excel PowerPoint Visio; Experience with JIRA or similar agile backlog management and testing tool
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ) certification or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
