- Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization.
- Ensure maintenance of customer database.
- Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
- Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the organization.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organizations Strategic Plan.
- Establish and maintain seamless coordination & cooperation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad & Hyderabad International Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation productivity and guest service.
- Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
- Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of departments objectives and policies.
- Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
- Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality followed by honesty integrity ethical behaviour tactfulness openness and cultural awareness;

Qualifications :
Relevant degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
