Job Description
- IT Asset Management R&R Tech Consult
- ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM
- Asset Life Cycle
- Asset Life Cycle Management
- CMDB Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for enduser assets using the clients ServiceNow platform
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with onsite teams to capture and update inventory details in the system maintaining data accuracy
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular remote stock audits and generate detailed reports to ensure compliance and accuracy in asset records
- Forecasting & Demand Management: Provide insights and detailed reports to support forecasting and demand management activities as required
- Process Support: Support asset management processes to align with enterprise standards and customer expectations
