About the Role

Were searching for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Facility Foreman to lead daily operations in our custom closet manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth production processes fostering a collaborative team environment and maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day with a walkthrough of our stateoftheart facility greeting team members as you assess production flow and equipment readiness. Youll strategize with your team to overcome challenges keep production schedules on track and ensure each product meets our exceptional standards. Whether mentoring staff troubleshooting equipment or finetuning workflows youll be the driving force behind our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the production team fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage daily manufacturing operations ensuring production goals are consistently met.
  • Conduct hourly facility walks to monitor quality progress and adherence to schedules.
  • Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of machines and tools minimizing downtime.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols to create a secure workplace for all employees.
  • Take charge of monthly inventory ensuring materials and supplies are accurately managed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and introduce process improvements.
  • Provide handson training for staff on equipment operation safety protocols and company standards.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges promptly to avoid disruptions.
  • Report on key production metrics and offer actionable insights for improvements.

Qualifications :

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3 years in a cabinet closet or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership: A proven track record of managing and inspiring teams to meet production targets.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software is a must.
  • ProblemSolving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet in highpressure situations.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage with team members and leadership.
  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality and precision in every aspect of production.
  • Safety Focus: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices to ensure a secure workplace.
