Job Description
For all roles we are looking for a minimum of 3 years of experience working with modern tech stacks that have launched 0 to 1 (net new product launches) with quantifiable outcomes. Note: strong consideration will be given for demonstrated ability to develop and deliver computer vision machine learning and RFID related projects. We would prefer roles to be in Dallas San Francisco or Bentonville for more inperson collaboration opportunities. Retail experience is a nice to have but not a hard requirement. Experience working in a larger matrixed organization is a highly desired for project managers and a nice to have for product managers.
We are planning on pairing up product and project managers into 4 pods focused on a particular set of skills and desired outcomes.
Pod 1: Inventory & Merchandise Compliance

- Defined developed or applied data science models
- Multiapplication integrations
Pod 2: RFID inventory tracking
(1 product manager 1 project manager)

Pod 3: Computer vision data management
