JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager Central Sterilization
MGR CTRL STER
FullTime
Manager candidates for the Central Sterilization Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- Directs plans organizes and evaluates staff and activities of Sterile Processing in compliance with Department of Health TJC OSHA CDC AAMI AORN Standards and facility goals and policies.
- Coordinates the daytoday operations regarding the reprocessing of surgical instruments and trays.

Manager candidates for the Central Sterilization Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience
- Min 2 3 years of management experience required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Certified Sterile Processing Technician Required (CSPT)
- Vocational School Graduate
- Will consider Supervisor currently working in an acute care setting
Compensation $27 $32 $35.00 based on years of experience
