This is a remote position.
The Project Manager will take full ownership of one or more work streams within the F2A Transformation Program ensuring successful execution across multiple subwork streams and dependencies. This highimpact role requires a takecharge detaildriven leader who thrives on structure and precision. The Project Manager will be the driving force behind work stream success proactively managing all moving parts enforcing accountability and ensuring seamless execution.
This role demands a handson approach with a strong focus on micromanaging deliverables tracking progress and mitigating risks to meet transformation objectives. The success of the Transformation Program depends on each work stream executing flawlessly and the Project Manager will be instrumental in making that happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the execution of assigned work stream(s) ensuring all subwork streams stay on track.
- Micromanage deliverables dependencies and risks to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and accountability matrices to manage every aspect of execution.
- Act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders within the work stream enforcing alignment and accountability.
- Proactively identify escalate and mitigate risks that could impact timelines or outcomes.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet highquality standards and align with transformation objectives.
- Provide clear concise and structured reporting to the Program Lead highlighting progress roadblocks and financial considerations.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams ensuring seamless integration between business operations and technology.
- Manage the project deliverables within scope and budget and track benefit realization with the work stream leads
- Drive high quality project governance risk and issue management.
- Lead the Working Groups and work with the Program Lead to mitigate risks and issues
- Coordinate internal resources on and offshore for the execution of the project delivery plans.
- Drive and execute the communication plans for the project
- Management of project change requests
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Maintain an obsessive focus on execution ensuring work stream objectives are met with precision and urgency.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7 years of experience in seniorlevel project management preferably in business transformation consulting or corporate strategy.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex work streams and subprojects.
- Proven ability to micromanage teams and deliverables while maintaining a strong leadership presence.
- Strong understanding of business operations process improvements and technology implementation.
- Excellent executivelevel communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in highpressure fastpaced transformation environments.
- PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience is a strong plus.

PMP certification or Agile/Scrum experience is a strong plus.
