What you will be doing:
- As a scrum team member I use declarative and custom development skills to manage and enhance Agent and Customer Salesforce solutions built on Financial Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Investigate how specific platform capabilities can help the business achieve its objectives.
- Contribute development to fulfill business requirements to enhance the Salesforce platform using Apex Lightning Components (Aura and LWC) Visualforce and declarative development using Flow/Custom Metadata etc.
- Integrate thirdparty applications such as Amazon Connect Live Vox or others as necessary.
- Tested and debugged code and integrations and contributed to technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
- Leverage the latest design patterns principles and technology using Salesforce knowledge.
- Utilize ADO to manage and deliver code through the pipeline to production.
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Technology or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- 6 years of overall development experience with a good foundation in ObjectOriented Programming (OOP).
- 4 years of handson Salesforce development experience on mid to large enterprise implementations.
- Good product knowledge of Sales Service and Experience Clouds.
- Proficiency with Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (Aura and LWC) SOQL HTML CSS JavaScript SOAP and REST web services.
- Proficiency with modern IDEs (VSCode IntelliJ) and SCM tools (Git SVN).
- Experience with relational databases data modeling and SQL.
- Proficiency with Agile Scrum or other iterative development methodologies.
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies and development tools.
- Willingness to work in a highly collaborative fastpaced environment as part of a team of likeminded developers.

- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Must be in Newark Deleware
- Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
