Language Requirement: Fluent in one of these Nordic languages (Norwegian Danish)
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive NordicSpeaking Content Moderator to join our team and ensure that our platform maintains a safe welcoming and positive environment for users. As a content moderator you will play a crucial role in reviewing and moderating usergenerated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review monitor and moderate usergenerated content in Nordic languages to ensure it aligns with company policies and community guidelines.
- Identify and remove content that violates guidelines (e.g. inappropriate harmful or offensive material).
- Provide feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Help maintain a positive user experience by ensuring highquality content remains on the platform.
- Work closely with other moderation teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in content moderation processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in one or more of the Nordic languages (Norwegian Danish) with strong written communication skills.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to assess content quickly and accurately while adhering to guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms online communities and content management systems is a plus.

Relocation Package
300 BGN rental allowance for the duration of the contract ( rent in Bulgaria can run anywhere from 250 t0 400 euro depending on location)
150 BGN flight reimbursement (depends but can be done immediately on arrival or 1st salary)
