If youre fluent in Danish passionate about providing outstanding customer service and looking for an exciting opportunity in one of Europes most vibrant cities we want to hear from you! Relocation assistance is provided for candidates moving to Lisbon.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist Danishspeaking clients: Provide customer support via phone email and chat ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Resolve client issues: Address customer challenges by offering clear friendly and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for clients.
  • Contribute valuable feedback: Gather insights from client interactions to help improve services processes and overall client satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Go above and beyond to exceed client expectations and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Danish (written and spoken): You will be directly assisting Danishspeaking clients so fluency is essential.
  • Clientfocused approach: A strong passion for customer service and a desire to resolve client issues effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly confidently and warmly in both written and spoken Danish.
  • Problemsolving mindset: A proactive attitude towards resolving customer challenges and finding solutions.
  • Customer service experience (preferred but not essential): Experience in a customerfacing role is a bonus but we are happy to train the right person.
  • Comfortable with onsite work: Able to work onsite in Lisbon and engage directly with clients.
  • Techsavvy: Comfortable using customer service platforms and eager to learn new systems and tools.
