What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing excellent support to Frenchspeaking customers: Manage customer inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring all requests are handled promptly professionally and effectively.
- Resolving customer issues: Address and resolve customer challenges with clear friendly and effective solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and assist in solving more complex customer concerns.
- Sharing insights for service improvement: Provide feedback from customer interactions to help enhance products services and overall customer satisfaction.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience: Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and ensure they are satisfied with every interaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken): As youll be working directly with Frenchspeaking customers fluency in French is a must.
- Customeroriented mindset: A passion for providing outstanding service and helping customers resolve their issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to express yourself clearly professionally and with a friendly tone both in writing and verbally.
- Problemsolving skills: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and offering practical customerfocused solutions.
- Experience in customer service (preferred but not required): Previous experience in a customerfacing role is a plus but were happy to train the right candidate.
- Onsite work commitment: Comfortable with working onsite in Porto and engaging directly with customers in a facetoface setting.
- Techsavvy: Familiar with customer service platforms or open to learning new software and tools.
