Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll handle customer inquiries across phone chat email and social media addressing account technical and financial queries. Your contributions will directly enhance customer satisfaction and help improve our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support through phone chat email and social media
- Resolve issues related to account setup verification logins financial matters and technical concerns
- Act as a trusted advisor particularly to clients in the sports industry
- Respond promptly to inquiries feedback and concerns
- Build strong client relationships with clear and effective communication
- Maintain service excellence in line with company policies
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Polish Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
