POSITION: Trademark Paralegal
LOCATION: Minneapolis MN
WORK TYPE: FullTime

Position Summary:
We are seeking a paralegal with 7 years of trademark experience to support the firms trademark practice group. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of U.S. and foreign trademark procedures and excel in managing trademark portfolios. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and takes pride in delivering topnotch support to attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic and international trademark portfolio activities including assisting attorneys with all facets of trademark management.
- Handle U.S. trademark prosecution tasks such as:
Conducting preliminary trademark searches using CorSearch
Preparing and filing trademark applications
Monitoring application statuses and deadlines. - Process WIPO trademark filings.
- Communicate regularly with clients and foreign associates regarding trademark prosecution and maintenance.
- Support trademark enforcement efforts by monitoring infringement activities and assisting in related matters.
Requirements:
- 7 years of U.S. and foreign trademark paralegal experience is strongly preferred.
- Paralegal certificate or degree is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- A passion for efficiency and delivering outstanding client service.
