Job Description

Litigation Paralegal NoFault New York NY (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our New York City office.

The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of nofault litigation experience and a strong background in legal drafting case management and court procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and assemble firstparty motions including summary judgment and default judgment under attorney supervision.
  • Assist attorneys with arbitration court appearances and trial preparation.
  • Manage declaratory judgment actions in New York (preferred but not required).
  • Track case statuses using eCourts/eLaw and NYSCEF.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys clients and court personnel.
  • Maintain case files and manage deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3 years of experience in nofault litigation (Required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.
  • Experience with case management software (preferred).
