Staff Accountant Manufacturing

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager the Staff Accountant will be key in managing the companys financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities. This position offers an opportunity for a detailoriented and motivated professional to contribute to a growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly financial activities including but not limited to AP AR and General Ledger entries.
- Timely processing of invoices expenses reimbursement reports and related documents.
- Process journal entries accruals and account reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card reports for accuracy.
- Assist with monthend and yearend closings.
- Maintain financial transaction records and reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and analysis.
- Aid with annual and adhoc audits.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of related General Ledger accounting experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or another related field
- Practical ERP and Excel experience
- Strong attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $70000 $80000 per year plus benefits and performance incentives
