Job Description
Work Hour: MonFri at 08:3017:30
Location: 954/1724 Level 3 The Metropolis Samrong Room 332 MOO 9 Sukhumvit Rd Thepharak Mueang Samut Prakan District Samut Prakan 10270 Thailand (BTS Green line and Yellow line: Sampong station)
Nationality: Open to all nationalities (Chinese speakers preferred)
- Trade Operations:
- Oversee and manage international trade activities including import/export processes and crossborder logistics.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations customs requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Market Development:
- Develop and implement strategic trade plans to expand the companys market presence locally and internationally.
- Identify and develop relationships with new customers partners and vendors to grow the business.
- Team Management:
- Lead train and motivate the trade operations team to achieve company goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Communication & Reporting:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Chinesespeaking clients and business partners.
- Prepare regular trade reports market analyses and performance updates for senior management.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics International Trade Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 510 years of experience in trade management logistics or a similar role.
- Must have experience in the freight forwarding industry (Air & Ocean)
- have a customer portfolio in Thailand and be able to generate GP from the first month
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Languages:
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
- Good command of English
- Other Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
Salary: Open to discuss Commission 35% from GP
