We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of a Practice Coordinator on a 3month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 16.92 21.73 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for administration and practical enquiries to the Service team. Deal sensitively with all queries providing a suitable response where possible and taking messages and/or signpost for other assistance
- Coordinate and service meetings and panels arrange venues catering prepare and distribute documentation invite board membership take accurate minutes record decisions follow up actions and maintain accurate logs of all future panels
- Perform timely data entry roles and upload documents to case records. Maintain the central records system spreadsheets and databases with high levels of accuracy in accordance with statutory standards and key performance indicators
- Carry out research log referrals and collate reports and other documentation to produce information schedules to allow informed decision making for meetings and events
- Deal with incoming enquiries (verbal and written) and coordinate requests for services work email and rolebased inboxes in a quality focussed and time sensitive manner
- Quality assure all details to ensure case records reports minutes actions and calls panels to ensure recordings is up to date accurate and within internal and statutory timescale
Qualification:
- GCSE AC Grade: English and Maths
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent: Administrative or Business Support
