Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts focusing on Fresh Fruit Reefer and CrossBorder Products.
- Manage sales and logistics services for crossborder shipments including temperaturecontrolled and perishable goods.
- Coordinate and plan transportation with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Develop customerspecific logistics solutions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize an existing customer portfolio to generate gross profit (GP) from the first month of employment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate and prepare contracts or agreements with clients ensuring efficient billing and collections processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance GP targets and revenue generation providing regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality aged 3045 years.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Logistics Management International Business or a related field.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding including Fresh Fruit Reefer and CrossBorder Logistics.
- Must have an existing customer portfolio and be capable of generating gross profit from the first month.
- Strong knowledge of crossborder transportation international trade regulations and logistics documentation.
- Excellent negotiation sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure meet targets and lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in English (speaking reading and writing) and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with CLMV markets (Cambodia Laos Myanmar Vietnam) is a plus.

Salary:Commission 35% from GP (If current salary overbudget can discuss)
