Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design develop and implement Salesforce solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams to customize Salesforce to meet specific business requirements improve workflows and deliver scalable highquality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and deploy Salesforce solutions including custom objects workflows triggers and APIs.
• Create and maintain Salesforce applications by leveraging Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other platform tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with thirdparty systems and platforms ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce implementations resolving technical issues promptly.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development including data management security and system optimization.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates releases and new features to leverage platform improvements for business needs.
• Document system configurations processes and development standards to maintain a consistent knowledge base.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform development tools including Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce administration tasks (e.g. user management security settings and data import/export).
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and thirdparty tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices including declarative and programmatic solutions.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (B2 or higher).

Preferred:

• Salesforce Developer or Platform App Builder certification(s).
• Experience working with Sales Cloud Service Cloud or other Salesforce products.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes for Salesforce deployments including CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with working in Agile development environments.
• Prior experience in nearshore software development teams.
