Job Description
We re seeking a detailoriented Data Entry Specialist to join our client s professional team in a parttime capacity. In this role you ll be instrumental in maintaining data accuracy across multiple platforms including NetSuite and Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and verification between NetSuite and Microsoft Excel platforms
- Compare and reconcile data entries across different systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Download organize and maintain digital files and invoices in a structured filing system
- Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Maintain organized records and create regular reports on data entry activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and data management
- Follow established procedures for data entry and file management
- Contribute to the improvement of data entry processes and procedures
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in data entry with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information
- Strong computer literacy and typing efficiency
- Basic mathematical skills for data verification
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
- Strong time management skills and reliability
- Professional approach to handling confidential information
