One of our clients is seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst to provide customer support as part of an ongoing effort to improve communication with the public and enhance customer service. This role requires strong problemsolving abilities excellent communication skills and advanced computer proficiency. The analyst will work fulltime onsite at VSP Headquarters.
This position is responsible for:
- Providing technical and customer support via phone email and other communication channels.
- Becoming familiar with the organizations services to effectively assist customers.
- Answering inquiries from the public businesses government agencies and other stakeholders.
- Identifying root causes of problems analyzing available information and implementing solutions.
- Tracking incoming calls and documenting requests for assistance.
- Performing additional assigned duties as needed to support agency operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, with expertise in areas like cloud computing, data management, security, and integration. Strong understanding of industry frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience in designing architectures within complex IT environments and integrating legacy and modern systems. Proficiency in modeling and analysis tools, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
