Job Description

Job Title: Business Consultant and amp; Loan Broker
Job Overview:
As a Business Consultant and amp; Loan Broker you will be trained to provide businesses with a variety of tailored solutions to improve operations and secure the necessary financing for growth. You will work directly with clients assessing their needs and offering expert guidance on business strategies financial products and services. Your role will involve recommending and facilitating loan opportunities including business loans lines of credit specialized financing merchant services and group health services while earning commissions and generating residual income from longterm client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Consulting (Training Provided):
  • Learn to analyze clients business operations goals and challenges to offer actionable strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Provide advice on improving profitability by identifying costsaving opportunities enhancing processes and streamlining operations.
  • Support clients in building sustainable business models through market research competitive analysis and business development strategies.
  • Offer ongoing guidance in business strategy financial management marketing and customer acquisition.
Loan Brokerage (Training Provided):
  • Learn to assess clients financial requirements and recommend a range of loan products and financing options including business loans lines of credit SBA loans equipment financing and merchant cash advances.
  • Sourced and facilitated financing from multiple lenders to provide clients with the best terms and options for their business needs.
  • Guide clients through the loan application and approval process ensuring they understand the terms rates and repayment plans.
  • Advise on suitable financial products such as working capital loans assetbased lending invoice financing and other specialized products tailored to the clients needs.
Merchant Services (Training Provided):
  • Learn to offer merchant services solutions including pointofsale systems payment processing and digital payment options.
  • Help businesses streamline their payment systems and improve cash flow by recommending and facilitating payment processing solutions.
  • Advise clients on the best merchant service providers and products to meet their business needs ensuring security and efficiency in their transactions.
Group Health Services (Training Provided):
  • Learn to offer group health insurance options and benefits packages for businesses to provide to their employees.
  • Assist businesses in selecting the best group health plans to support employee wellbeing and attract top talent.
  • Guide clients through group health insurance options comparing plans and costs to find the best fit for their organizations needs.
Income Tax Services(Training Provided)
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and small businesses using advanced software.
  • Communicate with clients via phone email or video calls to guide them through the tax process.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local tax regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address client concerns effectively.
  • Assist clients in filing pastdue taxes and improving their financial standing.
  • Promote additional products and services to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and tax documents.
Compensation:
  • Commissions: Earn competitive commissions on successful loan placements merchant services contracts and group health services sales based on product size type and terms.
  • Residual Income: Generate ongoing residual income from repeat business client referrals and longterm relationships creating a steady passive income stream.
No Experience Required:
  • No prior experience in business consulting loan brokerage merchant services or group health services is required. We will train you with all the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • A strong work ethic willingness to learn and entrepreneurial mindset are essential to your success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • No prior experience neededtraining provided!
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic performancebased environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients lenders business service providers and professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A basic understanding of business operations financial principles or previous experience in sales merchant services or health insurance is a plus but not required.
