Job Description
* Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Google Ads.
* Optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation.
* Conduct audience research and create targeted ad strategies.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools adjusting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
* Stay updated with industry trends and platform algorithm changes to refine advertising strategies.
* Manage advertising budgets and track expenditures effectively.
* Report campaign performance insights to stakeholders and recommend improvements.
Qualifications :
* Certification in Digital Marketing Social Media Advertising or related fields.
* Proven experience in social media advertising preferably in the education counseling or career guidance industry.
* Handson experience with Facebook Ads Manager Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools.
* Ability to create and optimize highconverting ad campaigns.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
