About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with expertise in servo drives SCADA systems and industrial automation. This role involves maintaining troubleshooting and optimizing electrical and control systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency in a fastpaced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive and corrective maintenance on servo drives motors PLCs and SCADAcontrolled systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical and control faults in SCADA PLCs VFDs HMIs and control panels
- Perform SCADA system monitoring troubleshooting and optimization for realtime process control
- Support and maintain industrial automation and motion control systems
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system reliability and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and reports
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 HNC or equivalent)
- Experience with servo drives motors and industrial automation
- Strong PLC faultfinding and programming skills (Siemens AllenBradley Mitsubishi preferred)
- Handson experience with SCADA systems (Wonderware WinCC Ignition or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and CMMS software
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing automotive or automation industries
- Knowledge of robotics motion control and industrial networking
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is a plus
- Experience with Ethernet/IP Modbus and Profibus communication protocols

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
