We are seeking a dynamic individual to shape the future of talent recruitment as part of our team. This role offers an opportunity to lead and inspire a group of talented professionals dedicated to driving success in talent acquisition strategy.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will spearhead recruiting efforts ensuring the alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals. This role requires strategic thinking excellent communication skills and a passion for identifying and nurturing toptier talent.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
  • Lead mentor and develop the talent acquisition team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate to forecast hiring needs and manage recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain and enhance our applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Stay current with industry trends to keep recruitment practices relevant and competitive.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a leadership role within talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in building and nurturing diverse talent pipelines.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • High Level of Spanish and English. Third language will be a plus.
