Role Overview

As a Customer Facing AI Engineer (CFAE) at VideoSDK you will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and implement AIdriven solutions. Your role will involve deploying troubleshooting and optimizing AIpowered voice assistants and automation tools to ensure seamless integration with customer systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in AI applications work on realworld customer problems and contribute to the evolution of AIdriven communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding Customer Needs Engage with customers to identify their challenges and suggest AIdriven solutions that align with their business goals.

  • AI Integration Assist in setting up customizing and integrating AIpowered voice assistants and automation tools into customer environments.

  • Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring seamless performance of AIpowered workflows.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams Work with engineers product teams and customer success teams to continuously improve AI solutions based on realworld customer feedback.

  • Educating Customers Guide customers on best practices for using VideoSDK s AI capabilities to optimize their workflows.

  • Staying Updated Keep up with the latest advancements in AI machine learning and voice technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (preferred). Experience in AI automation or customerfacing roles is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python REST APIs and basic AI/ML concepts. Handson experience in AI solutions troubleshooting and deployment.

Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication problemsolving and ability to simplify AI concepts for nontechnical users.

Mindset: Customerfocused adaptable and collaborative with a learning mindset.
