Oneflow is a fastgrowing tech scaleup headquartered in Stockholm Sweden. We have developed a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finishall in one place. We transform clunky and static contracts into helpful fully digital contracts that feel almost magical.

Our Customer Success Team is now looking for a new Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers continue receiving the love they deserve! The Customer Success Manager for the UK will be a part of a small dynamic London team consisting of Sales and Marketing where the success of our customers always comes first.

Youll work closely with fellow Customer Success Managers within Oneflow as well as the Sales and Marketing team in the UK.

You have a passion for finding the right solutions providing valuable recommendations and maintaining high standards in everything you deliver. Having an affinity with project management is crucial for success in this role.
  • You thrive in a fastpaced environment and can easily adapt to change. You feel confident leading customer projects whether its for a small HR team or a large global corporation. You have a keen eye for areas of improvement and always look for ways to enhance and streamline our onboarding process.
  • Youll be working with multiple customers at the same time and enjoy bringing projects to successful completion. Additionally youll receive close guidance and support to help you feel comfortable in assisting our new customers as quickly as possible. Your development is our development!

What youll do

As a Customer Success Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during the onboarding phase and throughout the customers life cycle. Our goal is to provide our customers with the tools they need to successfully implement our product and achieve the desired results. Its your job to deliver initial value and lay the foundation for future growth.

You will:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers ensuring smooth implementation and rollout with key stakeholders.
    • Drive efficient usage of our tool and increase customer engagement through workshops and training sessions.
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure the best possible customer experience.
    • Work with the Solutions Product and Integration teams to ensure successful technical implementations when needed.
    • Build strong relationships and challenge customer mindsets during the transformation phase (change management).
    • Develop and maintain a high level of industry knowledge about our product and services.
    • Identify run and close Up and Cross sales opportunities both individually and together with the sales team

    Skills and experience

    • Resultsdriven adaptable and open to coaching.
    • Project management skills with a structured approach.
    • Interest in technical integrations (how Oneflow connects with CRM ATS and HR systems).
    • A clear and passionate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English.
    • Selfmotivated curious and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
    • Commercial mindset always on the lookout for upsales possibilities
