Location PAN India

Requirements:
- Service Now: Day to day ticket resolution for level 3 support issues.
- Imaging and OS Deployment: OSD build release (managing files drivers PXE everywhere and releasing new builds and building new machines).
- Software Distribution: Creation of collections and policies as per the schedule and scope provided by the client on SSCM server and reporting if any computer is not detected by SCCM.
- SCCM software packaging: Package creation and customization based on customer requirements using PSAppdeploy.
- Report management: Monitoring and reporting the success rate of all deployments for each project as per the client requirement. Reporting on Project updates and weekly status of the team
- Patch management: Assistance with management of all Microsoft and Enterprise desktop application patches deployed for each month. Working on Critical Patch Analysis for Vulnerable computer using knowledge bases and tools such as TechNet Knowledge Base
- RCA: Analysing the Root Cause of any error occurred and reporting it
- Cleanup activity on retired applications on SCCM servers.
Skills:
- Boot Images in SCCM
- Enable PXE on the Distribution Point
- Operating System in SCCM using Windows 10 Install. WIN
- Extract Windows 10 Enterprise image index from the default Install.WIM
- Schedule Updates in the SCCM Console to Perform Offline Servicing of the WIM
- Importing and Managing Drivers and Driver Packages
- Configure the Network Access Account in SCCM
- Configure the Domain Join Account and Assign the Needed Permissions
- Creating a Task Sequence to Deploy Windows 10
- Change Ram Disk TFTP Block Size for Improved PXE Boot Time.
Must have:
OSD imaging. OSD in Microsoft SCCM (WIMs Boot Images PXE Drivers).
