As a member of our team youll collect derive and challenge business requirements and align them with crossfunctional stakeholders. By providing an objective and holistic perspective youll avoid isolated solutions and secure endtoend integration of all anticipated changes.
By applying your conceptual strength and knowhow youll shape our process and system landscape to increase maturity levels.
Securing a structured and detailed requirement documentation as well as handing it over to IT will also be part of your responsibility.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this role youll manage and drive projects independently involving a wide portfolio of stakeholders from different departments roles and background and provide leadership and guidance to achieve the set targets.
Youll define and schedule work packages and set up realistic project timelines in alignment with our IT considering resources and overall constraints.
Youll track and document project progress and milestones in our project management and monitor implementation budgets and ensure project deliveries upon agreed deadlines and with the expected quality.
In alignment with our portfolio management team youll ensure reporting and escalation to our senior management.
WORKSHOPS MEETINGS & INFO SHARING
Youll prepare and host project meetings and workshops to work efficiently on the development of new process and system solution designs.
Youll also prepare and participate steering meetings with our senior management to get direction on open decisions and questions.
Transparent and precise communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation is an important aspect of this role.
STAKEHOLDER & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Keeping all required stakeholders in the loop and informed about insights and status of your assigned projects will be part of your responsibility as well as to have an overview of required and available resources and highlighting potential bottlenecks.
TESTING AND HANDOVER
Youll be responsible to test all implemented solutions to ensure high quality and functional integration of all technical developments. Effort and progress of testing will be also documented and tracked by you.
After successful testing youll introduce and hand over the new process to the data quality team. Training preparation and documentation are also part of your role as well as facilitating and hosting of those trainings.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Managing a project team coordinating and assigning work packages and tasks will also be part of your role as well as managing and monitoring external consultants that support our projects.
Qualifications :
3 years of professional experience in the field of production management (manufacturing) system architect or PLM consultant role
Bachelor or masters degree in business administration supply chain or operations management process and/or project management or similar
Fluent in English German beneficial but not mandatory
Depth knowledge of (SAP) manufacturing operations architecture and business processes & data structures.
Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project & process management tools/ methods
Proven expertise in developing and implementing process & system improvements in the field of (Manufacturing) Operations.
Highly experienced in gathering challenging and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
System affinity conceptual strength and holistic view
Strong analytical skills solution and process oriented structured assertiveness communicative and collaborative team player able to work under pressure and selfdependently
Strong communication and presentation skills
End to End Operations knowhow FMCG environment preferred
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2303 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
