Your Role as an Electrical Production Manager
- 1099 Debriefing for Job Completions:
- Conduct debriefing sessions with subcontractors upon job completion to ensure all work meets HomePros quality standards.
- Verify and process job completion reports including any discrepancies or issues that need addressing.
- Scheduling Prewires and Trims:
- Coordinate and schedule prewire and trim activities for high voltage electrical projects.
- Ensure that all scheduling aligns with project timelines and client expectations.
- Job Record Maintenance and FollowUp:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all jobrelated activities including labor lines material usage and job progress.
- Follow up on outstanding issues incomplete tasks or any changes required in job specifications.
- Onboarding Subcontractors:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new subcontractors including reviewing qualifications training on HomePros standards and procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintaining Accurate Information:
- Ensure all job information including labor lines materials used and job specifics is accurately recorded and updated in the companys database.
- Address any discrepancies or issues with job information promptly.

Qualifications for Electrical Production Manager
- Proven experience in managing high voltage electrical projects or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with subcontractor management and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in using job management software and databases.
- Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.
