General Manager Leading Childrens Movement & Development Gym
Shepherds Bush London (W12)
3540k basic salary with attractive bonus and incentive scheme
This role can be available for an immediate start for the right candidate!
We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to join one of the worlds leading brands in the child development sector at their location within the Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush where you will work directly alongside the franchise owner to oversee the daytoday running of the business.
The General Manager would benefit from having experience in a similar leadership role overseeing the endtoend operations of a premium gymnastics/activity venue and have ambitions to develop their own career and have a significant impact on the business. You will work closely with the company owner and leadership team to support the overall running of the venue with a specific focus on growth and retention of customers P&L and finances operations sales customer experience planning and marketing/social media. You will also work with central and external stakeholder departments and organisations including their UK and Europe Head Office team.
The role also involves 810 hours of your weekly schedule to be dedicated to delivering various classes which are focused on improving understanding and safety with new parents so some knowledge and experience in teaching/coaching is ideal and any experience in gymnastics would be advantageous.

You will need to:
- Have experience managing the operations of a singlevenue site
- Ideally have experience in gymnastics or a similar sport such as dance acrobatics or parkour and have experience in a management role
- Share a passion for supporting both children and staff and their development
- Bring a cando attitude to everything you do
- Have strong communication skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Be available to work Monday to Friday with occasional support for weekend operations as required
