About the Role:
As the Assistant to the Sales Manager you will play a vital role in supporting our sales teams daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and professional followup with clients via email.
- Accurately and efficiently processing sales orders.
- Generating reports from NetSuite to support sales analysis and strategy development.
- Maintaining accurate client records and sales activities within HubSpot.
- Assisting the Sales Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales presentations.
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
About you:
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to work PST business hours (MondayFriday).
- Prior experience in sales support or administrative roles is a plus.
