Job Description

Were on the lookout for a People & Culture Partner to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact.

What Youll Do as People and Culture Partner at Aira:

As our People & Culture Partner youll play a vital role in ensuring our teams are supported engaged and inspired. While youll be primarily working with colleagues in Aira Yorkshire the role will also involve some travel across the north of the UK to support teams in different locations.

  • Being aTrusted Adviser: Be a goto expert for employee relations providing fair and practical guidance on policies and processes.
  • Conflict Resolution: Support line managers with conflict management disciplinary actions and grievance processes.
  • Performance Management: Help teams set clear objectives conduct meaningful performance reviews and foster open constructive conversations.
  • DaytoDay Support: Manage daily people operations from responding to queries to maintaining accurate employment records.
  • Training & Development: Deliver engaging management training workshops covering topics such as employee relations for beginners.
  • HR Systems & Payroll: Collaborate with the Junior P&C Partner and external payroll providers to ensure smooth monthly pay cycles and maintain our HRIS.
  • Benefits & Compliance: Administer benefits ensure compliance with GDPR and maintain uptodate employee files including righttowork documentation.
  • Cultural Champion: Embody and promote Airas values in every interaction enhancing employee engagement and wellbeing.

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking an experienced professional who thrives in a fastpaced peoplefocused environment. As our new People and Culture Partner youll need:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving conflictresolution and decisionmaking skills.
  • A knack for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive informed decisions.
  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition would be great but not essential.
