Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager EMEA Waterproofing Membranes and LAM to join our team in London United Kingdom. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our waterproofing membrane and liquid applied membrane (LAM) product lines across the Europe Middle East and Africa regions.
- Lead Innovation Rollouts: Define and deploy rollout strategies for innovation across focus countries providing training and support to local organizations and coordinating with Area Managers.
- Bridge Market Needs and R&D: Represent market feedback to the Corporate Expert Teams (CET) to align R&D initiatives with specific vertical market demands.
- Promote Best Practices: Drive knowledge sharing and adoption of successful innovation deployment practices across the EMEA region.
- Support Strategic Goals: Assist with sales budgeting certification/testing requirements and the creation of regional marketing tools in collaboration with sustainability and digitalization teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field with 8 years of experience in product management preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Strong knowledge of waterproofing technologies applications and market trends and in liquid applied membranes (LAM) and their specific market dynamics
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and product management software
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required (50%)
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
