Description
Responsibilities:
Develop plans for new HIMACS products (color patterns) and establish new product launch strategies (manufactured products OEM products).
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of HIMACS new product launches to identify best practices and areas for optimization
Perform indepth analysis in new product sales performance to support strategic decision making
Operate development systems and new product quality verification systems related to new product development.
Handle administrative and data related support to ensure administrative accuracy and availability.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
Education and Work Experience:
Experience with product planning / development as well as project management is preferred
Experience in sales analysis is preferred
Bachelors degree in business administration / economics / industrial engineering
13 years of chemical and construction material industry experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge and Skills:
Bilingual in Korean and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Highly refined planning and organization skills that balance work and responsibilities in a timely manner
Enjoy working with others and being a leader to achieve specific goals
Highly motivated quicklearner with ability to adapt in a new working environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Data analysis skills & Timesensitive decision making skills

Physical Demands:
Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.
Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.
Position requires minimal lifting up to 10lbs.
Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
Position requires travel up to 5% of time including overnight travel in the territory.
