Job Description

The Role: customer service agent (Polish & English)

Role overview: Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses.

Customer contacts with challenging questions/requests by:

Email

Chat

Convert majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls:

To offer white glove support regarding our services

Having to:

Work with multiple tools

As an Advertisers Support Specialist youll assist dvertisers in a dynamic environment. Advertisers and agencies reach out for help with postsales support and troubleshooting. Your role focuses on enhancing their advertising experience by resolving technical issues reporting bugs guiding platform use and improving overall satisfaction. Youll work closely with a multilingual team to support SMBs through various channels (chat email phone) ensuring timely resolutions and providing product support across selfservice tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

Training program and compensation: 92.80 per week 15 working days (8 hours per day) and will be done in English.

Salary options: 1295 gross/month including base salary holidays allowance Christmas allowance meal allowance.

104068 EUR gross/month including base salary room allowance holiday allowance Christmas allowance and meal allowance.

Relocation:

Airport pickup and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;

Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses;

Yearly complementary twoway flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU);

Accommodation

The company offers you the option of living in a room in one of our companyrented apartments at least for the first 14 months of your stay. The apartments are fully equipped and furnished including kitchen living room with cable TV and wireless internet and all expenses are paid for by the company (water gas electricity cable TV internet within the limits of responsible use). The apartments are typically between 2060min away from the workplace. Upon your arrival you will find bedsheets pillows and a towel.

Schedule & Location:

Hours: 40 hours/week 8 hours per day 5 working days Monday to Sunday 24/7 (rotational shifts) 2 days off per week.

NB: the days off are decided by the shift manager. You will be informed about your shifts 4 weeks in advanced so that you can also make your plans accordingly.

Holidays

Since you sign a Portuguese employment contract Portuguese public holidays apply. If you are working on a Portuguese public holiday you will get a compensation day that you can spend later under

consent of the project.

In the 1st year of hiring and depending on the month in which you sign the contract you are entitled to the proportional vacation which can go up to a maximum of 20 days (1st year).

In the remaining cases if there is nothing to the contrary (longterm leaves that last from 1 year to the other) 22 days apply per calendar year worked /complete (next years).

Additional Notes:

1month trial period applies.

Temporary contract with potential for renewal and permanency.
