Job Opportunity: Airline Company Legal Advisor
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Start Date: February 6 2025
Contract Type: CDD (Fixedterm Contract) 6 months
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Including Bank Holidays)
- Working Hours: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Portuguese Time)
- 2 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Role Description:
A leading airline company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Advisor to join their legal department in Lisbon starting February 6 2025. This role will be critical in advising the airline on a wide range of legal matters particularly regarding passenger rights operational policies and legal compliance in the aviation industry.
As a Legal Advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert legal guidance on the airlines policies terms and conditions and other regulatory requirements related to aviation law.
- Assisting the customer service department by advising on passenger inquiries including cancellations refunds and general operational compliance.
- Ensuring the airlines adherence to international aviation laws and regulations offering proactive support in legal disputes and compliance audits.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the companys operations align with legal standards thereby mitigating risk and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Law or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a legal advisor in the airline or transport industry ideally with a focus on customer rights and operational legalities.
- Language Proficiency:
- French at native level (Essential for legal communication).
- Proficiency in English is preferred for internal communication.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
