You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTeam Support are our mobile team of Receptionists who help to satisfy Porticos daily staffing needs. We are on the lookout for an empowered organised and flexible Supervisor for the team.
As part of the management team for Team Support you will help to oversee the cover requirements for the entire business! You will help to oversee the successful daytoday operation of the largest team within Portico ensuring that all service levels provided by the team are in line with our expectations and our clients.
This is a perfect role for someone who is ready to progress in a corporate environment. The right candidate is a people person with ability to adapt to an ever changing corporate landscape. You will spend some time on our clients locations potentially covering senior roles with the remining time spent working alongside the Team Support Manager and Assistant Manager helping them to supervise the team.
Hours: 40 hours per week shift patterns are 5 days out of 7 and can include weekends.
Salary: 35000 per annum.
Qualifications :
Previous Reception experience is essential.
Previous Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
Flexibility and communication skills are key for this position. As well as proactivity selfmotivation and constant desire to improve service standards. You should be comfortable liaising with Senior Management as building strong working relationships with our Location Managers is vital for continuity.
Finding solutions to all problems is another key element of the role. So a willdo attitude along with excellent organisation and problemsolving skills will give the successful candidate the ability to make quick and informed choices based on risk and consequence.
Finally knowledge excellent service delivery and the ability to manage this expectation remotely will help the successful candidate to manage the expectations of both their team and the client.
