As an Onboarding Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of our key retail partners particularly large grocery accounts. You will own the endtoend onboarding process focusing on initial category management and ensuring that our partners catalogs are accurately and attractively displayed on our platform. Your efforts will directly impact the customer experience making sure the product catalog is optimized for quick delivery and marketplace success.
In addition to onboarding tasks you will provide onsite training to ensure our most valued partners understand and effectively use our tools and processes. Youll become the goto expert on grocery quick delivery and marketplace operations supporting our partners in achieving success and elevating Wolts retail offering.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- EndtoEnd Onboarding: Coordinate execute and monitor the onboarding process for large grocery partners ensuring smooth integration after contract signing to golive.
- Category Management: Own initial category management for new partners ensuring product selection aligns with customer needs and marketplace standards.
- Catalog Optimization: Ensure partner catalogs are accurate complete and displayed in a way that enhances the customer experience.
- Training and Enablement: Conduct onsite and virtual training sessions with key accounts ensuring partners understand and effectively use our tools and processes.
- Expertise Development: Become a subject matter expert in grocery quick delivery and marketplace operations sharing knowledge and best practices with the broader team.
- Process Improvement: Help to develop new concepts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding.
- CrossFunctional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across Product Photo Account Management and others to deliver an excellent partner experience.

Qualifications :
- Ideally experience in retail grocery or a similar field with knowledge of category management and catalog optimization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with partners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
- Techsavvy with a quick learning curve for new tools and systems.
- Passionate about improving processes delivering quality results and creating an excellent customer experience.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
