Job Description
- Develop and optimize reusable components for web and mobile ensuring visual and functional consistency.
- Ensure all Design System components follow best accessibility practices (WCAG) promoting inclusive experiences for all users.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the quality readability and efficiency of the teams code.
- Collaborate closely with designers product owners and other developers to align technical and visual requirements.
- Actively contribute to detailed documentation of each component facilitating its use by other teams.
- Test and validate the performance and accessibility of developed components.
- Maintain a scalabilityfocused approach ensuring the Design System adapts to both web and mobile contexts.
Qualifications :
- Solid experience in FrontEnd development with a focus on:
- HTML5
- CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS or LESS)
- Experience in developing and optimizing multiplatform components (web and mobile).
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and accessibility validation tools (e.g. Axe Lighthouse).
- Experience in performing code reviews and promoting development best practices.
- Familiarity with documentation and component design tools like Storybook (version control experience required).
- Experience with automated testing tools to ensure component quality.
- Version control proficiency.
- UX knowledge (usercentric approach).
