Job Description
In our PMO Division (Europe) we are looking for a Process Manager PM dedicated to Steering Wheels located both in Brasov and Sf. Gheorghe.
If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Monitor compliance with established processes and standards
- Develop and refine project management processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support for new processes implementation
- Gather analyze and present data on project performance and also propose optimizing solutions
- Collaborating with PMs teams stakeholders or other functions for different purposes: support audits identify bottlenecks educate gather feedback etc.
What skills will make you successful:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering;
- 13 years Project Management experience;
- solid working knowledge in Open Project/Agile Excel and PowerPoint AFIS Power BI;
- strong business Acumen;
- excellent ability to gather analyze and present data;
- ability to develop implement and coach process improvements;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- fluency in English; German/French is a plus;
- ability and willingness to travel.
