Key Responsibilities:
- User Activation & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively onboard new users and drive early engagement.
- Create and A/B test onboarding flows tutorials and inapp messages to improve user experience and reduce churn.
- Design and execute activation campaigns to encourage key inapp actions (e.g. first purchase completing a profile).
- User Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and execute targeted inapp campaigns to increase user engagement and retention.
- Leverage user segmentation and behavioral data to personalize the user experience.
- Utilize push notifications inapp messages and other channels to reengage inactive users.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve user stickiness and longterm engagement.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) Optimization:
- Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLTV) by encouraging repeat purchases upselling and crossselling.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities to drive highervalue actions.
- Implement strategies to reduce churn and improve customer loyalty.
- Growth Hacking & Experimentation:
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify and optimize highperforming growth levers.
- Explore and implement innovative growth hacking techniques to drive user growth and engagement.
- Stay uptodate on the latest mobile growth strategies and best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key metrics (e.g. daily active users (DAU) monthly active users (MAU) session duration churn rate CLTV).
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in mobile growth user engagement or product marketing.
- Proven experience in driving user growth and retention within mobile applications.
- Extensive experience with user engagement platforms (e.g. Clevertap Moengage WebEngage Braze).
- Strong understanding of user behavior mobile app psychology and user experience (UX) principles.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- SaaS Experience is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with A/B testing experimentation and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Passion for mobile technology and a strong interest in user growth.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics Google Data Studio SQL).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with mobile app development SDK integration and MMPs
