Role Summary:
Our Mississauga office is currently recruiting a Bilingual Data Administrator for our Alarm Response Center (ARC) who will provide timely panel configuration and account administration. This position provides support for ARC and interacts with various internal teams including Sales Installation Coordinators and Field Technicians ensuring efficient configuration data management and account setup.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and configuring new customer accounts while facilitating ongoing system updates and enhancements.
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity by making necessary updates changes or corrections.
- Assisting technicians and team members with system troubleshooting and configuration support (by phone or remote sessions).
- Performing remote panel configurations; data entry and maintenance to ensure accurate account records.
- Coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to confirm connectivity solutions (e.g. IP cellular) for accounts.
- Creating and updating compliancerelated documentation (e.g. ULC Certificates) ensuring that accounts meet all regulatory requirements.
- Supporting key customers with user credential management access changes and ongoing updates as required (e.g. Key Fob management).
- Generating routine and ad hoc reports (e.g. performance compliance or operational) providing insights for process improvements.
Qualifications :
- PostSecondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration IT or any technical diploma is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of PC based applications (Microsoft Office Suite etc.); Experience with configuration software (e.g. Mastermind) is an asset.
