Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Program Management Director to be based in Sacramento CA but open to Manchester NH.
SUMMARY:
This role involves providing strategic advice and guidance to clients ensuring their leaderships vision objectives and project goals are successfully achieved for large infrastructure programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Offer recommendations to client of strategic advice and guidance.
- Support the clients leadership to ensure their vision objectives and project goals are successfully achieved.
- Aid in reviewing and assessing existing client policies programs objectives operations and outcomes. This would include recommending improvements or strategies.
- Support the client as needed in formulating business strategies.
- Help establish a business development function to promote services to external stakeholders.
- Support the client to coordinate with agencies in support of their mission.
- Assist the client to analyze industry trends market dynamics and internal performance to foster innovation.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education including 4 years of leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of principles and practices of global program management.
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Desired 20 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of large infrastructure programs.
