Having secured several longterm frameworks through successful project and programme wins and with increasing client satisfactionwe are currently seeking to hire a key strategic Director in our UK Infrastructure business.
You will take the lead in growing our client relationships within the Yorkshire Northeast region as well as having a direct impact in supporting our national initiatives as such this role requires individuals who are happy to be mobile across the UK.
You will be commercially minded and motivated in cultivating and developing relationships. You will need to have demonstrable experience in leading delivery of commissions working at strategic levels with clients.
Qualifications :
A proven and experienced leader of diverse teams across multi sectors such as rail aviation utilities power highways local authorities
A background in one of Turner & Townsends key service lines Cost Management Project Management or Project Controls. Alternatively an engineering background with indepth experience of capital programme delivery would be equally applicable
Experience of leading and managing Major Programmes and Projects from business case to close out and benefits realisation
Experience in leading and managing teams
Working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts
Demonstrable experience in leading successful business generation activities including bidding at all levels networking pursuit planning and client engagement and management
Ability to develop and grow client relationships across all levels of an organisation
Procurement asset management or advisory (programme set up or performance improvement) would be desirable.
Experience of inclusion on both client and internal boards setting strategy and successfully delivering these including resourcing and growth strategies to deliver growth targets
