It is a perquisite that the successful candidate should be specialised within the Mechanical Discipline. Those candidates who are experts in Civil Electrical Instrumentation can only be considered if they are also possess specialism in Mechanical.
The following summarises the key deliverables:
1. Remeasure of Engineering Issue for Construction drawings for CMEI as per Method of Measurements & update Bill of Quantities.
2. PMS verification of SUBCONTRACTORS progress and update with revised quantities.
3. Record actual Quantities at Site & issue weekly report for Critical Quantities. Example. QS weekly report for Concrete Qty.
4. Support SUBCONTRACTORS Applications for Payment & validate progress payment as per actual progress on site.
5. Identify and Raise Site Back Charges.
6. Support SUBCONTRACTORS Variations with Cost and Quantity Validations
7. Cost Estimates for Site Instructions & provide recommendation of suitable Contractor based on Quotations submitted and benchmarking rates available from Bids.
8. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes to AP subcontracting team.
9. Work closely with AP Subcontracting Team for Claim management.
10. Oil & Gas or Power generation experience
