In the Business Development Manager position you will have the opportunity to be creative implement your own ideas and work outside the box. We work to a schedule but there is also space for your ideas. In this position we expect you to be independent and experienced in international sales. You will be responsible for:
- selling the companys IT services to international markets in particular UK/Germany/Nordic
- increasing the companys sales capacity abroad with a focus on acquiring new customers and cooperation with Business Partners
- preparation and presentation of offers
- negotiation of agreements and contracts for IT services
- analyzing customer/market needs defining requirements and creating new ideas to increase sales
- preparation and implementation of sales strategies to foreign markets
- generating leads but also converting new ones coming from Marketing and Lead Generation Team (separate Sales unit) into clients
- building longterm partnerships with customers and business partners.
Qualifications :
- 4 or more years of proven customer acquisition and sales experience including 2 years of experience in customer acquisition and sales of broadly defined IT services (both customsoftware development and services in the T&M model) in international markets with focus on Germany/Nordic
- experience in selling implementation of ERP systems (like SAP Microsoft D365 etc) or Data Solutions.
- aim at achieving the set sales targets (target: Revenue/Margin)
- a proven track record of success in business development and the acquisition of new customers/ABs in international markets
- highly motivated and committed to working in an international customer/BP environment
- strategic sales planning skills
- orientation in IT technologies: Backend (Java C#) Frontend (JS Angular React Vue.js etc.)
- fluent knowledge of Polish
- very good command of English both written and spoken
- high personal culture
- innovative ideas and ways of acquiring customers. Being active in social media is an advantage.
Additional Information :
- Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 2 3 days a week from one of our office Warsaw Poznan Lublin Katowice Rzeszow or Lodz.
