Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accounting duties including but not limited to:
- Enforcement of all Production Accounting guidelines/procedures as outlined in the studio manual.
- Accurately and timely file all financial transactions into Scenechronize including payroll accounts payable (AP) journal entries distribution changes and purchase cards.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records within Scenechronize.
- Utilize Kissflow to ensure proper approvals for all relevant transactions.
- Monitor the progress of approval requests and follow up on any outstanding approvals.
- Audit and code purchase card (Cashet) envelopes for accuracy and compliance.
- Audit and code expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide various miscellaneous Accounting Support.
Qualifications :
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network).
- Prior experience using VISTA and Scenechronize accounting software preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Strong analytical organizational and detailoriented skills mandatory.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to all reporting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external personnel at show corporate and vendor level.

- Hourly salary range: $21.00 $23.00
- The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
